Prinesh S Kasavan
Founder and Managing Director

From a young age, I was captivated by technology, spending hours experimenting with code on a Spectrum PC, not always sure what I was building but certain that I loved every moment. Over the years, I gained valuable experience consulting for leading global enterprises, working at the intersection of technology and business.
With those insights and a drive to create impact, I founded RedIn Consulting from a simple setup: a bedroom table, a laptop, and a determination to deliver value. In those early days, I wore every hat as CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO and even janitor, personally managing every project and building the foundations of a firm dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful results.
What began as a small dream quickly grew into a vision of building a consultancy that is agile, innovative, and deeply client-centric. That same curiosity and drive that started with coding still fuels RedIn today, helping businesses unlock growth and innovation through technology.
